Trackdevelopments is proud to present the BMW M2 Competition Evo Two-Part Chassis-Mounted Front Splitter – crafted from premium visible carbon fibre to deliver a striking OEM+ enhancement and an exclusive, motorsport-inspired presence for your M2.
Handmade in the UK to uncompromising standards, the design takes inspiration from the OEM BMW M4 GTS front splitter, blending track-proven function with refined aesthetics. The lower splitter section is removable, adjustable, and chassis-mounted via precision-engineered stainless steel brackets – giving you the flexibility to tailor performance for fast road or dedicated track use.
Included in the package if selected:
Upper Front Splitter – UK-manufactured, handmade 2x2 carbon fibre weave
Chassis-Mounting Bracket – Stainless steel chassis brackets utilising OEM mounting
Optional Lower Front Lip – choice of GTS style (shown in body colour in picture but will come black) or EVO style (shown in black) all made in ABS plastic.
Available Purchase Options:
Upper Splitter Only – supplied without chassis brackets. Please note: without the brackets, the splitter is more vulnerable under higher downforce loads and is not recommended for aggressive track use. The splitter is designed to mount to chassis brackets, so fitting directly to the bumper will require you to create your own fixings. For best results and maximum strength, we recommend fitting in all three configurations with a high-quality silicone or PU adhesive to ensure accurate alignment and secure attachment to the bumper. This option is ideal if you want the splitter purely for aesthetic enhancement and show purposes.
Upper Splitter + Chassis Brackets – includes the stainless steel chassis-mounting brackets for improved rigidity and performance use. This setup has been tested both on and off track, delivering excellent strength and the potential for addtional downforce while maintaining stability at high speeds.
Full Splitter Kit – complete kit for maximum adjustability and performance. This configuration provides the most downforce thanks to the inclusion of the lower lip, which is made from durable ABS to protect the carbon fibre and safeguard the overall splitter structure during use.
Our brackets are modelled directly on brand-new OEM F8X M4 GTS structural reinforcement brackets for a true 1:1 fitment. Due to variations in vehicle panel condition, we recommend fitting with new OEM structural reinforcement panels for the best results.
Important Notes:
Handmade Craftsmanship: These splitters are handmade, wet-lay carbon fibre products. While we strive for perfection in every piece, the nature of the process means there may be minor variations or small imperfections in the lacquer finish — this is normal and part of the character of a genuine handcrafted product.
Fitment issues caused by damaged or bent mounting points are not covered under warranty.
Chassis-mounted products can cause additional damage to the vehicle in the event of a severe impact. By purchasing, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and accept full responsibility once installed.
Professional installation is strongly recommended. The race edition front splitter must be securely fixed using bolts, nuts, washers, and adequate sealant to ensure stability at high speeds. Fixing kit not included unless otherwise stated.
